There are different roles of consultants, mentors, coaches, and counselors. Consultants provide expertise, coaches help individuals find their expertise, mentors offer guidance based on experience, and counselors dissect past behaviors at a deep level. They can identify blind spots and provide feedback that may not be apparent to those immersed in the day-to-day operations.
