ShepSPORT| The forgotten GOAT commentator, We don’t get soccer, Konstas’ rig & WNBA crush
The Shepmates ShowShow Notes
In this episode of ShepSPORT, the boys deliver a Rabbit Hole Rankings shake-up with a brand new #1 obsession taking the crown. They shine a spotlight on one of the most legendary commentators, Clinton Grybass and also try to figure out what exactly the FIFA Club World Cup even is. Plus, Konstas gets the rig out, there’s a new face of the WNBA, and for the first time in Shepmates history, a devastating tech fail. The audio’s a little cooked, and there’s no AFL Around the Grounds this week, but the boys are powering through for the love of the game.

It's the Season 2 finale and it might be one of our best yet, so maybe we shouldn't have a break. Maybe we shouldn't.

Back to back guests, and this week we took the show to the MCG. Sunny day, birds chirping, trucks reversing, and the bloke who draws the Grand Final poster. Mark Knight joins us in the MCG gardens. Chief editorial cartoonist at the Herald Sun, a drawing every single day, and the man behind every premiership poster since 2009.
The boys are back and the bedroom has a new chair.. because this week we have our first ever in-house guest, and we thought we'd start small. Brian Taylor joins us in the studio. One of the great voices of Australian footy, two decades on Seven and Triple M, and a bloke who owes the boys an apology after the Legends Game. He delivers it. Then he peels back the curtain on the whole thing: how it took him ten years to find his voice, the one line from his boss that gave him permission to go big, why he can tell inside five minutes whether he's on, and the call he's proudest of.
The boys are back in the studio and Melbourne is humming.. finals are here, the NFL has rolled into town and the Sunday Footy Show has apparently started listening to the pod.
