In this episode, I step away from structure, performance, and preparation, and allow myself to speak openly from the heart. What unfolds is a deeply personal reflection on releasing the wounded masculine. The urgency, perfectionism, and relentless drive to produce; And softening back into the wisdom of the feminine. I share how rest, ceremony, travel, and surrender initiated a profound recalibration between yin and yang within my body, my work, and my sense of self. This conversation explores the subtle ways we become disconnected from intuition by prioritising doing over being, strategy over trust, and external rhythms over inner truth. I speak candidly about letting go of hustle culture, algorithmic pressure, and the belief that everything will fall apart if we slow down.

Have you ever questioned whether you're pursuing something because you truly want it, or because of how you believe having it will make you feel about yourself? In this episode, I explore what really sits beneath our desires for success, love, financial abundance and recognition, and how even the things we feel deeply called towards can become entangled with old beliefs, unmet emotional needs and the pressure to prove our worth. Drawing on my own experiences of achieving business milestones while still feeling the need to keep pushing, I share how I've come to understand the difference between pursuing something as an expression of who we are and needing an outcome to change how we feel about ourselves. We'll also explore why the things you genuinely want can bring up so much resistance, and how your desires may be inviting you to embody more of what you've been searching for outside yourself. You'll be guided through a practical seven levels deep exercise to uncover what's really driving one of your desires, recognise the beliefs attached to it and begin approaching it from a more conscious place. Because perhaps the question isn't whether you should want something, but what you've made having it mean about you.
What if there is another layer to understanding addiction beyond the suffering it creates and the trauma that often sits beneath it? This is a deeply personal episode, recorded in the days following the funeral of a friend whose life, like mine, had been profoundly shaped by alcoholism and addiction. Through the lens of my own recovery, I explore a question I have found myself returning to again and again: “Why might a soul choose a life that includes a path as difficult as addiction - and what might the entire experience be here to awaken, reclaim or develop within us?” This conversation moves through addiction, alcoholism, powerlessness, ego and surrender, exploring how the very experiences that bring us to our knees can also become invitations into greater levels of sovereignty, authentic power and an entirely different relationship with ourselves, with life and with the Divine. I also explore the soul groups we move through life with, the unseen ways our lives intersect and alter one another, and how one person's existence can create a ripple far beyond what they may ever recognise during their lifetime. And I go a little rogue into timeline jumping - sharing a profound recent experience that brought me face-to-face with the version of myself who never made the decision to get sober, and what that showed me about the power we all hold to change the trajectory of not just our own lives, but those we “left behind” as well. This episode is a raw exploration of what can emerge from the other side of our darkest experiences - and whether some of the paths that make the least sense from our human perspective can reveal something very empowering when viewed through the lens of the soul.
What if the thing you keep resisting is connected to the very gift you’re here to express? In this episode, I explore the deeper relationship between resistance, our subconscious beliefs and the gifts we came here to share. Sometimes the places where we feel the most fear, self-doubt or hesitation aren’t random. They can point us towards old experiences that taught us it wasn’t safe to be fully seen, use our voice, make mistakes, trust ourselves or take up space. And underneath those experiences can be gifts that have been waiting for us to reclaim them. I also explore the belief that transformation has to be difficult, slow or earned through struggle, and what becomes possible when we open ourselves to healing that can happen beyond the limits of what the conscious mind believes is possible. This episode is an invitation to look differently at the places you’ve been holding yourself back - and to consider whether your resistance might actually be showing you where more of your power is waiting to be claimed.
In this episode, Katharine explores why the triggers we experience may be far more meaningful than we realize. Rather than viewing triggers as negative experiences to avoid, she invites us to see them as portals into our next timeline — opportunities to uncover deeper soul lessons, release old patterns, and step into a more expansive version of ourselves. Katharine unpacks how fears of rejection can shape protective patterns around achievement, performance, belonging, and self-worth, often leading us to seek validation externally and operate from what she calls “dirty fuel.” She shares how bringing curiosity to our triggers, tuning into the body, allowing emotions to move, and connecting with our higher self can help us shift from the lower expression of a pattern into its higher expression. Katharine also opens up about her own experience with scarcity and financial fear, including the realization that her fears did not match her external reality and were connected to deeper inherited patterns around safety and security. Through this experience, she explores detachment, self-acceptance, and sourcing safety from within — reminding us that the way we respond to our triggers is what creates the opportunity for transformation, freedom, and a new timeline.
In this episode, Katharine explores the major periods of upheaval, uncertainty, and transformation many people are navigating this year. She reflects on the need to release old identities, attachments, and belief systems while learning to trust yourself and allow the period of necessary discomfort to unfold without trying to control it. Through her experiences with addiction recovery, business uncertainty, visibility, belonging, and spiritual growth, Katharine shares how discomfort is an initiation into greater freedom and expansion, through letting go of what you think you need to stay safe. She also opens up about her evolving relationship with the Akashic Records, the discovery of her starseed origins, and the current period she is navigating professionally as she transitions beyond her identity as a Holistic Counsellor. Through her honest reflections and spiritual exploration, Katharine offers a powerful reminder that periods of uncertainty and discomfort are part of a deeper transformation, if we choose to experience them that way. Rather than seeking safety and belonging externally, she encourages listeners to trust their inner resources, release what no longer aligns, and embrace the next version of who they are becoming.
