They are faced with MANY twists and surprises --a few harmful--to determine groundbreaking television. They got it...by any means necessary. The two discuss the shocking transformations and the psychological impact on the participants by way of abusive show runners, manipulation, and some drastic medical trauma. Did the show truly empower these women, or was the creator out to make a bag? Where was the after care or thorough care of these women?
