In episode two of the Oracle Podcast, I’m joined by writer & author Sophie Strand. We have a beautiful conversation about her work, her life and her loves.
Some of the gems from this chat include:
– What Sophie loves to do for pleasure – How she feels about being labelled an ‘eco-princess’ – The necessity of disappointing your readers – Rerooting the masculine in its sacred stories – The myth of Dionysus as healthy masculine archetype – Who is the real Mary Magdalene?
Find Sophie on Instagram @cosmogyny; at her website sophiestrand.com; and pre-order her first book ‘The Flowering Wand: Rewilding the Sacred Masculine’ via the link in her IG profile.
Show notes: 1. Caliban and the Witch by Silvia Federici - the book mentioned in reference to ‘gossip’.
