On 3 Aug 1916, Roger Casement was hanged in Pentonville Prison. Joseph Zerhusen, a German soldier & his interpreter, shared recollections of Casement, his time in Germany & events leading to the Banna Strand landing in the programme ‘Roger Casement Remembered’ with RTE's Proinsias Mac Aonghusa.
