Show Notes
Simone from New South Wales' first experience was atop a mountain early one morning. Simone and her husband's primal neuroception immediately picked up 'something was not right' and when they saw his eyes, they knew he wasn't human....it was as if he was using that body form to 'see' into this world. And he indicated he had been watching them.
Simone also shares her experience of living in a house with what she describes as an elemental of some kind. The house would shake at will. The presence finally made it's appearance in flashing red lights and heavy footsteps approaching Simone's room, when she was alone in the house one night.
She also shares her beautiful communion with a river and the vision of a tall white being and lastly, a very nerve-wracking childhood visitation of a large being with long grey curly hair - was it a banshee?

More from The Modern Fairy Sightings Podcast
Dr Francis Young joins me to discuss the fascinating history of fairies. It was a great honour to hear about his own personal experiences too.
I chat to creator friends Anake and Kati about their experiences and how that has fed into their art projects.
Author, ritualist and death doula, Tree shares the story of her upbringing in a commune and a childhood near-death experience which set her on a path to a lifetime beside the liminal.
Louise shares her experience of feeling 'called' to enter a circle of trees, with an acquaintance and their subsequent sensation of dancing with unseen beings. Some time previous at the same location she described a strange occurrence of hearing rhythmic drumming and disembodied voices.
I join the delightful host of Goblin Kwain, folklore researcher Anastasia Robinson to chat about fairy experiences and her own research in her home town of Missouri.
