The Fear Archive is a true crime and horror film podcast — every episode pairs a real case with the horror film it inspired. This is our Black Christmas episode, currently our top performing episode, approaching half a million listens.
Black Christmas, 1974. It predates Halloween by four years. It laid the blueprint for every killer-in-the-house film that followed. The real case behind it involves a man who hid himself inside a sorority house and was never identified. He was already there before the movie started. Still there at the end.
Hosted by Amanda Kagiwada and Michael Ryan Assip. Introduced by Michael Ryan Assip, co-writer of Hollow. Executive produced by Cassie Jozefov. A Violet Hour Media production.
