#242 My Anxiety Story: How I Found My Way To Recovery

The Anxiety Dr. Podcast

Show Notes

This week, I'm sharing something a little more personal - My own anxiety story.

Before I became The Anxiety Dr, I knew what it was like to live with anxiety, to fear what I was feeling, to fear going crazy, and to wonder if I would ever truly feel like myself again.

In this episode, I'm taking you through my journey: how my anxiety started, what it looked like at its worst, the things I tried, what finally began to change, and how I found my way to recovery.

I'm sharing this because I want you to know that recovery is possible. Your story may look different from mine, and your path may be different too - but where you are today does not have to be where you stay.

This is my anxiety story. And more importantly, my recovery story.
