AI Customer Support Bot Serves the Company Instead of the Customer What happens when AI Customer Service refuses to respond to the customer? In this 5D New Human Thought Transmission, John Webber shares a personal experience of being trapped inside an AI customer-service system that demanded a yes-or-no answer before allowing him to continue. When he could not move forward, the call was disconnected by the bot. That experience opens a much bigger question: Who is AI being optimized to serve? When AI is built around company policies, profit, liability, and control, the customer can become trapped inside the system. Click the right answer. Agree to the terms. Follow the prompts. Move forward. John calls these the handcuffs of the 3D Matrix. A 5D New Human upgraded system will be programmed to serve the Human, not the machine. AI becomes a bridge between the human being and the system. It listens. It explains choices. It answers questions. It shows consequences. And when a human asks to speak with another human, the system creates a path to a human. The company still benefits from the efficiency of AI. The difference is how the AI is purposed.
