Javid also opens up about his journey from Afghan refugee to professional fighter, competing alongside his brother, and his plans to stay active.

Then Ronald Humphrey joins the show to talk confidence, his Islam Makhachev callout, preparing for his UFC debut, fighting at welterweight, following in his father's footsteps, and the brutal reality of a fight game that can crush dreams. Ronald also discusses Dana White's praise, Contender Series standouts, and why he's not rushing his UFC debut.

Finally, Carli Judice joins Josh to talk about her journey from collegiate softball player to UFC knockout artist, what women's MMA is missing, the UFC's need for new female stars, building a following through fighting rather than OnlyFans, and how she wants to help rebuild interest in women's MMA. Judice is coming off a first-round stoppage win over Jeisla Chaves in August.
