For more than a decade, this UFO video has quietly remained one of the internet's most intriguing mysteries.Uploaded in 2013 by an anonymous YouTube account called **ResearchForTruth12**, the footage appeared online with little fanfare before the creator—known only as **"Bob"**—vanished completely after posting just two videos.
Years later, something unexpected happened.
**Tom DeLonge** shared the footage with millions of followers, publicly stating that he believed it was genuine and encouraging viewers to pay close attention to one very unusual detail... the sound.
That raises an obvious question: **What did Tom DeLonge see in this footage that convinced him it deserved to be shared? Or WHO convinced him it was real?**
In this investigation, I explore: 👽 Who was the mysterious uploader "Bob"? 📹 Why did the ResearchForTruth12 YouTube channel disappear after only two uploads? 💰 Why was the channel never monetised, despite receiving huge exposure? 🛸 Tom DeLonge's connection to senior intelligence officials, the Podesta emails and Major General Neil McCasland. 🔍 A full breakdown of Bob's original account of what happened that night. 🎥 Frame-by-frame analysis of the footage. ✨ Enhanced and upscaled imagery revealing the clearest view of the object I've been able to produce.
This isn't just another UFO reaction video. It's a deep dive into one of the most overlooked cases on the internet, combining publicly available records, historical context and modern image enhancement techniques to re-examine a case that still refuses to go away.
I'd love to know where you land after watching.
Do you think this was an elaborate hoax, an advanced aircraft, or something genuinely anomalous?

This is some of the most fascinating UFO footage I've seen in a while.Filmed over Long Beach, California, on 21 October 2017, the footage appears to show a large, bright, egg-shaped UFO seemingly releasing dozens of smaller orbs into the atmosphere.According to the man who captured it, known on X as Jim Films UFOs, he initially spotted two objects crossing paths before focusing his camera on the larger one. What happened next is pretty extraordinary. As he zoomed in using his full-spectrum infrared camera, the object appeared to begin ejecting smaller spheres, initially forming a triangular formation before releasing what he estimates to be at least 40 individual orbs.Interestingly, Jim claims these smaller objects were only visible through his infrared camera. In this video, I share the original footage, make some basic adjustments to the contrast and colours (no AI upscaling), and take a closer look at what appears to be happening.I also revisit two fascinating UFO cases from New Zealand, including footage captured by Elliot Howie in Christchurch showing a strangely shaped object seemingly releasing smaller objects, and imagery captured by Ray Hermans showing unusual egg-shaped objects in the sky.Could these sightings be connected? Are we looking at something similar, or is there a more conventional explanation?I'd love to hear what you think in the comments.Want to support the channel?
