Show Notes
You can now leave me a voicemail directly at https://podline.fm/the-georgio-says-podcast — drop your questions, hot takes, confessions, comments, or anything you want to spill, and I will be playing them and reacting right here on the podcast! Just a reminder: keep it spicy in the drama department, not your personal life—some of these wild voice notes are getting deleted before they ever see the light of day.
It is September 2nd, the rain is cooling down the summer heat, and Georgio is jumping straight into a morning feed full of questionable creative choices and major Bravo departures. We kick things off with the rollout for Dancing with the Stars Season 35, where newly announced celebrity contestant Ciara Miller and her pro partner Brandon Armstrong found themselves in hot water over a deleted TikTok trend that missed the mark before they even stepped foot in the ballroom. Plus, Georgio runs through the entire official cast list—from Julia Stiles and Giada De Laurentiis to Tatiana Ali and Olympic champion Amber Glenn—breaking down who has an unfair advantage and who is ready to surprise us.
Then, we have to address the epidemic of pure laziness in digital media. Georgio breaks down LA Living Magazine’s September cover featuring Tori Spelling—or whoever that unrecognizable, poorly prompted AI-retouched face is supposed to be. As someone well-versed in generative tools, Georgio calls out the sloppy shortcuts, the deleting of comments calling out the blunder, and why our pop culture icons deserve way better than half-baked AI slop.
Finally, we head over to Bravo as Nia Sanchez confirms that she and Danny Booko are officially not returning for Season 4 of The Valley. While stepping away protects their peace after serving as the cast's punching bag for two straight seasons, what does their exit mean for the show's dynamic? With Janet already celebrating the news on Instagram, could Luke and Kristen be her next target after that brutal reunion performance? And could the rumors be true about Scheana Shay and Brock stepping in to fill the void?
Grab a drink and settle in—press play because we have plenty to unpack today.
