___Message from Highlighted:___ Here’s a mix of lovely sounds, hypnotic and bouncy grooves, catchy melodies and otherworldly atmospheres. The mix itself is made from a wide selection of tracks, some of which have been my favorites for years, while some were only discovered lately. Tracks intertwine and blend, presenting a variety of genres such as psydub, psychill, downtempo, chilgressive and psybass. Sending good vibes and love, Ilya!

About My name is Ilya Surmay, I’m a DJ and a producer from Ukraine. I discovered psychedelic chillout music in 2015 and instantly became a huge fan of it. With a bit of a background as a drummer and a guitarist I then began to learn music production and DJing. Over the years I played at local parties and festivals in Ukraine and released a few tracks under the name “Highlighted”, also I have another project “il ya” that’s all about slow chill beats with less psy and more lo-fi sound.
