The Disturbing Cisco Grove Incident: California’s Strangest Real Life Encounter

In September 1964, bow hunter Donald Shrum climbed into a tree stand deep in the forests near Cisco Grove, expecting a quiet night deer hunting in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

What he claimed happened next would become one of the strangest and most terrifying close encounter cases ever reported.

As darkness fell, Shrum witnessed glowing unidentified craft descending into the forest below. Moments later, humanoid figures reportedly emerged and began advancing toward his position, attempting to climb the very tree he was trapped in.

Armed only with a bow and arrows, Shrum claimed he spent the entire night fighting off unknown entities while strange lights surrounded the woods.

By morning, the objects were gone.

But the questions remained.

Who — or what — surrounded Donald Shrum that night?

Why was the official investigation so strange?

And why has the Cisco Grove Incident remained one of the most overlooked UFO encounters in American history?

In this full paranormal documentary, we examine the original testimony, the aftermath of the encounter, interviews conducted by civilian UFO investigators including members of MUFON, and the enduring mystery behind what many researchers call the UFO Siege at Cisco Grove.

This is the true story of one man, alone in the forest… and something watching from below.
