Pinacolada Soundsystem & Dr Hitchcock - Dr Hitchcock's 40th Birthday Party
Dr Hitchcock || Starlifter.FMShow Notes
Friends and whānau, new and old, braved the Ōtautahi cold for some funky beats, 80s steez and modern classics. Markj aka Mr Soundfood snuck in from Melbourne, Australia while the travel bubble was open and treated us to a truly Dr Hitchcock style set, Tom Cosm smashed the floor with some funky house and disco, Pinacolada Soundsystem brought the true 80s vibe to the night and I played what I usually do; perks of being the birthday boy I guess.

So about a month ago I discovered a super cool little vintage fashion store here in the suburb of Coolston. And I love it so much that I decided to make them a special rock 'n' roll "mixtape" I guess you could say. Big shout out to Apryl and the crew at the peppermint twist store thanks for being so rad and inclusive ✌️💥👩🏻🎤 Be sure to check them out on the corner of Ferry and Ensors Road in Coolston or online at https://www.pepperminttwist.co.nz
