Oct 19, 2026

The midterms are approaching, so we brought in one of our favorite political podcasters/voices of reason, Jon Favreau of Pod Save America, to chat with Ashley. They chat about what’s at stake in this election, which party votes more and why, races to watch/donate to, actual change we could see in the country based on the outcome, and Jon’s hopeful outlook. They also discuss staying sane in the current political climate, from how to digest the news without raging, to social media boundaries, to having friends and family members with different values and how/when to talk to them. Also in the discussion – the unexpected commonality between Obama and Tr*mp, who Jon is excited about for a 2028 presidential run, what the left needs to correct, and lastly, Jon’s Dating Hack and Dating Wack. Before the interview, we chat about our favorite/scariest Halloween decorations we’ve seen this year (with visuals), and Ashley shares a chaotic Walmart shopping experience. Enjoy!

Welcome back to The Snack (a day early!) This week, we’re talking about:

Oct 12, 2026

We have our friend/food influencer/culinary goddess Emily Fedner back, and she is six months sober! She shares the journey of getting here – her history of drinking and if it was always a problem, her rock bottom moment when she decided to get sober, and how her life has changed since. We discuss how romantic relationships played a part in her alcohol use, not being able to relate to sober people until she did, the first few weeks of sobriety (“the pink cloud”) vs. now, and the biggest struggle she is currently facing. She also shares her Dating Hack and Dating Wack and what it’s like to be a recent redhead. Before Emily joins us, Rayna has a body update and Ashley shares a mind-blowing encounter she had while home searching. Enjoy!

We are joined by our friend Keltie Knight, Emmy-award winning television personality, OG podcaster, and creator/author of The F*ck Them Theory – for when “let them” just won’t cut it. We discuss the meltdown that inspired her to write this book, the hard truth about achieving happiness, and why it’s ok to be messy, “try-hard,” and even a little petty. We chat about fake friends in Hollywood, body image and the “goal weight” that haunts her, why she got a face lift, and the trick everyone is using on the red carpet to look snatched. And we discuss her marriage and the ONE thing you need to look for in a partner above anything else. We are obsessed with this theory and and hope you feel empowered by the conversation! Before Keltie joins us, Rayna shares a throwback celeb sighting, and Ashley is spilling the tea on her upcoming move. Enjoy!
