It has been a long time, but welcome back to One Guy One Roll, the solo roleplaying podcast! I have really missed making episodes of Ironsworn: Starforged and I am glad that I was able to find the time to do so. As y’all are aware, I recently started a new job and have been out of town training over the last month and have not had access to my computer or recording equipment. Luckily, I have been able to come back home for about a week and thus I have been able to get this episode recorded and edited. Unfortunately, I still have three more weeks of training to accomplish so I will be heading back out of town again until early November. Thank you so much for the support and continuing to listen to the podcast every while I have been out of town, it really does mean a lot to me. As always, the next paragraph is going to be a summary of the episode which will contain some small spoilers. If you wish to avoid being spoiled just skip this paragraph! Since it has been such a long time since our last episode, we began with a lengthy recap of the whole season in order to get back into the story of Nikora Sokolov, Petra, and the Second Chance. We also got the chance to see what Creed, the first person we swore the Iron Vow to back in Episode 0, has been doing this time. Back aboard the Brotherhood of Steel controlled Aegis Hold, Nikora learns that his trial has been scheduled to occur in almost two years! This length of time is unacceptable to him, so he comes up with a plan to get himself, Petra, and the mechanic Tinker out of this situation. After a deposition, Nikora is forced to swear another Iron Vow and is finally able to leave the Aegis Hold, although he now owes yet another vow, and this one has a time limit on it. Our episode comes to close with the Second Chance making yet another blind jump into Drift space, where yet more adventure awaits our ragtag band of misfits! Thank you so very much for taking the time to listen to the One Guy One Roll podcast! Your continued interest keeps me motivated to continue to produce and edit content for y’all to enjoy. CONTENT WARNING: MÖRK BORG is a dark, brutal game which will be full of potentially disturbing (non-sexual) content and gory, graphic descriptions so listening discretion is advised! Hello my dear listeners and welcome back to the grimdark world of MÖRK BORG! Hard to believe that we are already starting Episode 4 of this series and I really do not have any plans to wrap it up soon. However, as always the dice rolls will dictate a lot of what will happen and where the story progresses. During this episode, we get to learn what happens when we complete an Adventure and how ‘leveling up’ works in MÖRK BORG. Qillnach also ends up in a potentially very dangerous situation that I am excited to see how it gets resolved next time! As always, thank you so very much for taking the time to listen to the podcast! Your continued interest keeps me motivated to continue to produce content. CONTENT WARNING: MÖRK BORG is a dark, brutal game which will be full of potentially disturbing (non-sexual) content and gory, graphic descriptions so listening discretion is advised! Hello my dear listeners and welcome back once again to the One Guy One Roll! I as always am your host, player, and GM Herocydides and I hope that y’all enjoy episode 3 of the lovely TTRPG MÖRK BORG with the Sölitary Defilement solo supplement. This episode sees Qillnach forced to try his hand at finding a source of food and water as his rations are running low. He also ends up in a nasty situation near the end of the episode and ends up piecing together a little bit more of his fractured memory in the process. I really hope everyone enjoys listening as much as I did playing through it! As always, thank you so very much for taking the time to listen to the podcast! Hello everyone and welcome back to the One Guy One Roll solo roleplaying podcast! I am so excited to continue playing the wonderful doom metal meets pickaxe to the face inspired MÖRK BORG enhanced with the solo rules supplement Sölitary Defilement. I really hope that y’all enjoy listening to the episode, I think it is perhaps the best I’ve recorded to date. As always, thank you so very much for taking the time to listen to the podcast! Hello everyone and welcome to the One Guy One Roll podcast! After a rather lengthy hiatus due to a long planned vacation, an extremely busy period of work and just needing to take a break from content production, I have never been more excited and happy to be back with a fresh Season 5! I recently discovered that one of my favorite games, the Swedish doom metal inspired MÖRK BORG, has a solo rules supplement called Sölitary Defilement and I had to check it out and I was blown away with the quality. Inspired by Ironsworn, Sölitary Defilement has made this game the perfect fit for the One Guy One Roll podcast. I really hope that y’all enjoy listening to the newest season as much as I have enjoyed recording it. And as a brief note, MÖRK BORG is a dark, brutal game which will be full of potentially disturbing (non-sexual) content and gory, graphic descriptions so listening discretion is advised! Hello everyone and welcome back to the One Guy One Roll podcast! For one final time we are entering into the dark, haunting world of Lichdom as Vrakh, our favorite necromancer, finally gets to attempt the ritual of turning into a lich after a century of preparation. I really hope that y’all have enjoyed this mini series and if you have any recommendations for what you would like to be on the next episode, please do feel free to reach out through the Reddit post, Discord or via Patreon. We will likely be either returning to Ironsworn: Starforged or Ronin, but I am always open to other options. As always, thank you so very much for taking the time to listen to the podcast!
