On today's show, I have Jay Stringer joining me to talk about our unwanted sexual behavior and thoughts. Jay is a therapist who is particularly interested in helping people find healing from sexual brokenness, and even more specifically, by helping people to listen to their lust. He says that Sexual fantasies are roadmaps and they pinpoint the location of your past harm and highlight the current roadblocks that keep you from freedom. If we pay attention, our sexual brokenness will reveal the way to healing. I'd love YOUR Feedback on this series! As we’re going through this series, The Sex Series, I would love to hear from you! Are you enjoying the series, is it helpful, is it raising more questions about topics you’d like me to expand on? If so, you can reach me on Instagram at sarahmaewrites, just DM me, or you can email me at [email protected].
