I AM JASON SAMOSA AND I ENDORSE THIS VIDEO!

This piece explains the emergence of a hidden brotherhood that solidified it's control of intelligence and the UFO issue in 1945 by creating a mysterious company: The World Commerce Corporation.

It's the same organisation that Tom DeLonge encoded in fiction in his Sekret Machines books which General McCasland and others were privvy to.
