Show Notes
You get 13 tracks to create the perfect Taylor Swift album. That's it. Choose wisely. This sounded like a fun little assignment until we actually tried to do it and realized it might be one of the hardest things we've ever done on this podcast. Nick created Bangers, an album full of hype songs, a questionable sexy section and some very predictable Nick Adams favorites. Ana took a completely different approach and built an album with an actual storyline that starts in love, crashes spectacularly, gets angry, gets reflective and eventually comes out Clean. But somehow BOTH albums left off one song that might get us kicked out of the Swiftie community. Amy knows all too well how that worked out for her.. And notice that she suspiciously wasn’t on this episode! So now it's your turn. You get 13 Taylor Swift songs from her entire discography. What's making your perfect album? Please let us know! All the ways to contact us are below! What did we miss? What else would you like to hear from us? There’s tons of ways to reach us and we always like to hear from you!

Four songs. Four hosts. Four different favorites. Somehow, we managed to disagree without even trying. 😂 We’re ranking Patient Zero, Cleveland, Pink Clouding, and Babylon from Taylor Swift’s Encore… and somebody has to be fourth, even if we don’t like admitting it. Lacey is ready to defend Cleveland, Nick is going strictly off vibes, and Babylon has some of us dancing while others are crying. Plus, we get into the Pink Clouding/Tom Hiddleston theory and stumble into a Colin Farrell connection that we are absolutely choosing to make about ourselves. 🦞 Listen, then tell us where we got it right… or very wrong. Recorded September 26, 2026, before we watched the Patient Zero music video. These are our first-impression rankings, and we reserve the right to change our minds! What did we miss? Just when we thought we had Taylor Swift's next move figured out, she reminded us that we know absolutely nothing. The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore is officially here with four new songs, and naturally, we have questions. A lot of them. We're talking Patient Zero, Cleveland!, Pink Clouding and Babylon, the completely different Encore aesthetic, that mysterious third page, all the zeros, the Patient Zero music video clues and whether Taylor's masters announcement has secretly been giving us a roadmap this entire time. Then we get into the reaction to the new songs, why Cleveland! has Swifties so divided, and why maybe we all need to stop deciding how we feel about a Taylor Swift song after one listen. Plus, we revisit some suspicious old clues, somehow end up back at Karma, uncover an incredible Colin Farrell and Elizabeth Taylor connection… and one of us has been keeping a VERY big secret. Yeah. You're going to want to stay until the end.
Taylor Swift looked directly into the camera and told us what we’re looking for might be “hiding in plain sight.” So obviously, we handled that information calmly and rationally. Taylor’s surprise Emmy sketch with Mariska Hargitay sent Swifties straight back to the crime board, and somehow almost every theory is back in play. Debut. Reputation. Debutation. Karma. TS13. Even a possible Taylor’s Version documentary, SNL appearance, Sphere connection and more. We’re breaking down the mysterious phrase Taylor delivered herself, the November 10 connection, all those 2s and 13s, Aries, the vineyard, “hiding in plain sight,” and the clues that have us questioning whether Taylor is telling us exactly what comes next… or giving us the greatest red herring of all time. Grab your invisible red string. We have a case to solve. What did we miss? What else would you like to hear from us? There’s tons of ways to reach us and we always like to hear from you!
