How to set boundaries and protect your mental health

Agent Monday - Real Estate Coach

Show Notes

Real estate will take whatever space you let it take. If you don't carve out and protect time for the people you love, your partner, your kids, your family, your friends, those relationships suffer. And it's not only the time that needs protecting, it's your attention. You can be home for dinner and still not really be there if your phone's going the whole time, or if you know you've got a viewing at 6.30 and your head's already on the next job.

That's why this matters. Not so you achieve less or care less about your clients, but so you can build a real estate business that's actually sustainable, and still protect the relationships that matter most to you. That takes a mindset shift first, then a handful of rules to back it up.
