In breaking news, a judge has dismissed WITH PREJUDICE the indictment against former Olympian Davey Hearn for maliciously damaging the Reflecting Pool, finding that the prosecution was brought in bad faith and without merit, and that the only reason the DOJ would seek to reinstate it with a new grand jury would be to appease Trump, who is exerting political pressure on them.
