I wanted to share a quick announcement about something new I'm opening up. Starting in September, I'll be offering intimate online group healing sessions, working with approximately six people at a time over three sessions. Over the last eight to ten years, as I've continued to immerse myself deeply in this work, I've noticed my own body responding more and more as a conduit for what I can only describe as divine healing light or energy. When we come together, connect into that space and begin to surrender, I'm continually amazed by what can unfold. This isn't about waving a magic wand or expecting something to change without our participation. It's a cooperative process — creating an environment where your own body can respond, and its innate healing abilities have the opportunity to come forward. I'm deliberately starting small and intimate, and I'll be opening sessions in September and October. If this resonates with you and you feel drawn to explore it, there's a short form in the link below. Fill that out and we can go from there. More from Let It In with Guy Lawrence
#463 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with listeners about overcoming indecision, embracing uncertainty, and finding the courage to take a leap of faith without waiting for guarantees. He compared personal transformation to sailing into the unknown, where leaving the safety of the shoreline had represented letting go of old patterns and moving toward a greater purpose. Through the story of a close friend who sailed from Curaçao to Australia, he explained how preparation, experience, and trust in one's abilities had made even the most challenging journeys possible.
#462 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with Marysol Ximenez-Carrillo about her journey from professional singer and performer to intuitive sound and energy healing practitioner. Marysol shared how her struggles with depression and emotional sensitivity had led her to explore soul journeys, helping her understand deeper patterns and recognize her sensitivity as a gift rather than a weakness. She explained how intuitive singing, light language, and energy work had helped people reconnect with their true selves, release emotional burdens, and rediscover who they were beneath years of conditioning.
#461 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with listeners about why meditation, breathwork, and spiritual healing had sometimes left people repeating the same emotional patterns despite doing so much inner work. Using the metaphor of a sword being forged, he explained that spiritual practices had acted as the fire that brought unresolved fears and conditioning to the surface, while awareness became the anvil and conscious choices became the hammer that reshaped their lives. He emphasized that lasting transformation had required more than recognizing old patterns, as true growth had come from taking responsibility and making different choices when uncomfortable situations arose.
#460 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with John Novello about the "Invisible Architect," which John described as an intelligent source energy that people could learn to communicate with, align with, and invite into their lives. John shared how he first heard this inner voice at three years old while watching a musician on television, which later led him into music, creativity, and a deeper understanding of his life purpose. He explained that his work had evolved from raising people's frequency through jazz into helping others connect with source, remember their divinity, and design a better life from within.
#459 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with listeners about how everyday words and phrases had quietly shaped their sense of power, ownership, and confidence. He explained phrases like "I'll try," "I should," "I have to," "what if," "they made me feel", and "What the hell is happening?" had often revealed where people unconsciously gave their power away. He encouraged listeners to shift into more empowering language such as "I'll do my best," "I choose," "I get to," "I wonder," "I felt,", and "Isn't that interesting?", so they could meet life with greater awareness and responsibility.
