Where is the realm of Hecate? In the liminal spaces, the place where the imagination and the material world meet. So says Robert Allen, author of the forthcoming book "Imago," about what's really going in the magician's mission of astral projection. Weaving together strands from his background in painting, Ceremonial Magic, German Tanz Theatre, physical theater, and the philosophy of images, Amanda and Robert discuss the relationship between art and magic, and how the imagination really can change the world. The images of the tarot are bottomless pools, offering us opportunities to travel between the worlds. We're especially thrilled to share this episode with you because Robert Allen is one of Amanda's dearest teachers, she's been studying with him for years and is so excited to share his work with you.
