The Youngling has gathered his forces and commanded the Fer-Kyste to fly on the human outpost. His brutal determination makes him a dangerous general, and more blood will be shed by his claws and pyrokinetic abilities. Who will be his next victim? Can his rage ever be sated, or will the Human Expeditionary Force fall to his flame?
In the outpost, Lady Rossiter has discovered the Doctor's deception and is determined to kill him for his treasonous actions. Her bloodthirsty need for revenge has blinded her to his usefulness, and her cruelty will claim more lives. But with the H.E.F.'s mission under threat, can anyone ensure humanity's future? Or will this be their last day?
On the planet's surface, the Doctor has fallen and desperately needs Freja's help, but is it already too late? His injuries are severe, and with both the humans and Fer-Kyste wanting him dead, how can he possibly save them?
