'Shaman's' traditionally underwent arduous training to perceive between the frames of consensus 'reality". The role of the "Seer" was of great practical import, as it was understood that solutions for the collective welfare could only be accessed outside of the realm in which problems are created. Alfacast audience favorite, Joel Schafer, joins us on this episode to take us deeper down the Shamanic path, while drawing a nexus between present geopolitical events and the timely resurgence of this ancient wisdom in the western world. Our discussion will continue from our last roundtable discussion of the vital role the iconic teachings of Juan Matus to Carlos Castaneda played in the present integration of Shamanistic concepts within the lexicon of personal growth & alternative healing. Joel Schafer is a personal empowerment mentor & shamanic dreaming arts teacher. Through online courses, one-on-one mentoring & in-person workshops, Joel trains people in a highly effective way to reclaim vital energy & attention utilizing the Toltec knowledge base.
