Navigating neurodivergence as a high masking woman

Soul Talk

Show Notes

I wasn't sure if I'd dive straight into this this week, but given it's what is occupying most of my headspace and life right now - and this is literally a show all about that - it feels important to speak to my recent autism diagnosis after considering the reality of this for a couple of years now.

I share how I'm integrating this new understanding of myself in real time - and how I feel autism is synonymous with being an energetically sensitive and highly in-tune person. So really, any psychic is likely on the spectrum in some way (IMO).

Would love to hear what you think - and thank you for being gentle with me as this one is a very new, recent and vulnerable thread and one I know will be perceived in many different ways (not all true). This is just the heartfelt truth of my own experience that is still very freshly unfolding.

Enjoy being a fly on the wall as I sit down for a real, unedited psychic reading with one of my beautiful soul-scribers Leah (way back in August!)

This week we break down the key moving parts of the transit on everyone's lips:

TW Soulies - I discuss domestic violence and violence against women in detail in today's ep, as well as a lot of swearing (with rage, obvs) and a lot of crying (because I cry when I'm angry, okay?) Listener discretion is advised.

This is a very Soul Talk-esque ep that is basically diary-entry overload Soulies (but I start actually singing Noah Kahan and what the heck I wasn't even shy or nervous?! This calls for a throat chakra back story to kick things off!)

We're back with a mid-week vibe check and on the first day of Libra-Season no less! I break down what you can expect this season - from the qualities of our Venusian air sign, to transitioning from earth to air and how this might show up for us, and even make a few collective predictions for themes we may start to see in the zeitgeist (trigger warning: conversations around domestic violence/abuse).
