In today’s episode, Pretty Little Liars star Vanessa Ray, known for her iconic role as Cece Drake, shares her journey through motherhood and mental health. She discusses what led her to choosing adoption, and why she never thought she was meant to be a mother. She also reveals that she has bipolar disorder, and how it affected her while filming “Pretty Little Liars” and “Blue Bloods”. We also learn that Vanessa was offered to become a series regular on PLL, and why she turned it down…
This week Tammin and Lindsey take their first dive into Season 2, and reveal that this first episode may have been shot during season 1. Lindsey explains why playing ‘Paige’ made her realize the importance of storytelling, and how she feels more encouraged to share her personal story to help others. Tammin talks about how watching Ezra and Aria’s relationship as an adult affects her opinions, specifically how Aria is upset that Ezra has a dating history. Finally, Joseph Scott Morgan explains why the most sexual act deaths are typically accidents.
This week on the pod we discuss some of the weirder things that happen in Pretty Little Liars, both on and off screen. Tammin and Lindsey talk about the inappropriateness of the storylines in episode 22, specifically with the girls being photographed naked. They also share how awkward it is to on-screen kiss people that you have real chemistry with, and how you navigate that as actors and friends. Lindsey questions why the show ages itself by having the characters use Blackberries instead of iphones, and Tammin wonders if apps have ruined our lives. Finally, Joseph Scott Morgan finishes the episode by sharing the huge mistake killers make that can happen in seconds.
This week Lindsey and Tammin recap episode 21 “Monsters In The End” and share their most irrational fears. They also reveal what it’s like to film scary scenes, and if they are actually scared while filming them. Lindsay recalls how easily it was to fall in love with Shay Mitchell on set, and how she manifested her current life during season one. Tammin and Lindsey also talk about their feelings towards Mona as a character and question if Sasha Pieterse thought it was weird to sign on as a series regular to play a dead character.
