I'M RETURNING WITH THE BEAUTIFUL HARNAAM KAUR. In this heartfelt exchange, I had the privilege of conversing with Harnaam Kaur, a beacon of light in the realms of modeling, motivational speaking, and anti-bullying activism. Harnaam graciously shared her voyage towards self-love and empowerment amidst the challenges of living with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). She illuminated the path that led her to become a motivational speaker, underscoring the pivotal role of personal development and mental health in her life. Harnaam bravely opened up about her encounters with bullying, revealing how she stood up to her bullies with grace and strength. She offered wisdom on navigating the tumultuous waters of online negativity, emphasising the art of choosing battles with discernment. Our conversation delved into the sanctity of her daily routines with her beloved dogs, and her journey into the realms of spirituality and religion. Harnaam spoke of religion's imprint on her childhood and her courageous questioning of religious norms. Despite her quiet and reserved nature, she draws inspiration from the world around her, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and meaningful self-dialogue. Harnaam's experiences with the spirit realm are profound—encounters with the souls of those passed and out-of-body experiences mark her spiritual journey, continuing to shape her understanding and connection with the universe. We wrapped our exchange with a Soul Inquiry prompt, inviting reflection on embodying the leadership qualities we seek in others—a fitting close to our soul-stirring dialogue. SOUL INQUIRY Soul Inquiry is a practice where we enter a direct dialogue with our inner self. The Soul Inquiry prompt for this episode is: How can you be the leader you wish you had? 2026 is a turning point year and the astrology is loud. In this powerful conversation with Aliza Kelly, we deep dive into the major astrological transits shaping 2026 and what they mean for you, your soul, and the collective. In this video, we explore: Saturn and Neptune moving into Aries – the end of an era and the birth of a new one Chiron moving into Taurus – deep healing around worth, safety, and values Jupiter moving into Leo – creative courage, leadership, and heart-led expansion New eclipses in Leo and Aquarius – rewriting how we lead, belong, and show up This is not surface-level astrology. It's about initiation, identity, and choosing how you meet this moment in history with courage. If you've been feeling a quiet (or not so quiet) inner nudge that something is changing, this conversation will help you understand why. The cosmos are moving. Your soul is responding. ✨ Watch, listen, and let this be a mirror for what's already stirring within you. In this powerful and soul-stirring conversation, I sit down with Adriana Rizzolo‬, a somatic healer, oracle, artist, adult sex educator, and Trance Dance Guide, to explore the raw, mystical, and transformative journey of healing, embodiment, and spiritual awakening. Adriana is the founder of Body Temple Church and the creator of Body Temple Dance, a ritual trance space where grief, rage, and ecstasy are transmuted into aliveness through prayer, performance, and intuitive movement. With vulnerability and fire, she shares her lived experience of walking the path of mysticism, from the streets of New Jersey to the sacred lands of the South of France, reclaiming the body as a temple and the earth as a guide. We dive into themes of birth and rebirth, the dark night of the soul, and the integration of trauma as a sacred passage. Adriana speaks to the ecstatic, the erotic, and the shadow, illuminating the creative force that emerges when we embrace both pain and joy. We talk about ancestral healing, the journey of sexual awakening, and the importance of surrendering to the unknown as a portal into deeper presence and truth. This episode holds medicine for mystics, seekers, and anyone who has moved through great transformation and is learning how to live from that place. In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Alessandra Belloni, an internationally acclaimed singer, percussionist, teacher, and author, to explore her profound journey as both an artist and a medicine woman. With over 40 years of fieldwork studying Southern Italian folk music and the traditions of the Black Madonna, Alessandra shares how her creative expression is deeply connected to her healing work. We dive into the ancient trance dance of the Tarantella, a practice rooted in healing trauma, particularly in women, and in reconnecting to the body as a sacred vessel of ancestral wisdom. Alessandra speaks about the transformative power of dance and ritual as tools for integration, embodiment, and spiritual awakening. Together, we explore the mystical presence of the Black Madonna across different traditions and how she serves as a powerful archetype of spiritual guidance, resilience, and unconditional love. This conversation is filled with ancient wisdom, black void potency, and the deep holding of the great ancient mother. We also touch on the importance of surrender, the role of community in healing, and how ancient practices can offer insight and strength for the challenges we face today. Alessandra's work is a reminder that through rhythm, movement, and connection to the sacred, we can remember who we truly are and return home to our bodies, our ancestors, and each other. In this soulful and unfiltered conversation, I'm joined by my dear friends Elizabeth DiAlto and Elisha Tichelle, co-hosts of the Mystical Aunties podcast. Together, we dive into the deep waters of boundaries, power, projection, and the energetic transformation of perimenopause. We talk about what it means to be a mystical auntie, how to navigate judgment and unsolicited advice with grace, and the sacred process of untangling from identities built around doing and productivity. Elizabeth brings her fierce and tender wisdom as a sacred embodiment teacher, while Elisha shares her powerful presence as an oracle and somatic guide. There's depth, there's laughter, and there's truth. This is a conversation for anyone moving through change, reclaiming their power, and remembering who they truly are.

In this episode, I'm sharing how working with psilocybin mushrooms helped me regulate my nervous system and rewire my brain. I've always had a deep connection with plants, and after years of avoiding mind-altering plant medicine, I recently felt the call to explore mushrooms. The journey was transformative, but not in the way I expected. The visions weren't out of the ordinary for me, but the real change came from how it helped me rewire my brain and nervous system, especially around a relationship I had been healing. It wasn't about the visions—it was about creating new patterns and healing on a deeper level.
