Rawpodcast - Ep28 - Kevin Mullins Photography Fuji-film and the X-Wedding Conference
The Raw Photography Podcast With Dave and PaulShow Notes
Welcome to Episode 28!
Dave and Paul travel to Bath in Somerset in the UK for the X-Weddings conference.
The X-Weddings Wedding Photography Conference is, well, just a bit different from all the other conferences out there. Born from the X-Weddings Facebook Group this two-day conference is aimed at wedding photographers who want to learn from some of the best photographers currently shooting with the Fuji-film system.
Paul and Dave then interview a few of the attendees and speakers to get a reading from both sides of the event and see what peoples opinions where on the whole thing.
There is a wealth of info below about what we heard and saw so have a click around and enjoy.
Our thanks to all the speakers and attendees that spoke to us and a special thanks to Kevin Mullins for taking the time out to talk to us and of course for organising the whole thing.
We'd highly recommend you attend next year if you're a Fujifilm shooter or not (yet).
We'd love it if you drop by and say hello on our Instagram account @_rawpodcast_
Oh and this a REMINDER TO LEAVE US A REVIEW ON ITUNES - please…. cheers. We will appreciate it.
Thanks again folks for listening.
Dave and Paul.

Episode 59 Chris Copeland. The Art of Storytelling Through the Lens: A Conversation with Chris Copeland This episode takes us into the world of Chris Copeland, a Belfast-based photographer whose approach to wedding photography is both timeless and unmistakably his own. Chris’s work is instantly recognisable. Cinematic, emotional, and rooted in an artful documentary sensibility that celebrates real life as it unfolds. We talk about where his love for photography began, the slow rhythm of shooting film, and how the medium shapes the way he sees the world. Along the way, Chris shares honest reflections on client relationships, destination weddings, and the importance of staying true to your creative voice in a saturated digital scene. In This Episode: How Chris developed his signature documentary style
