Show Notes
This week’s episode is a deep and beautiful conversation with my inspirational friend Sophie Trew. Sophie was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 at the age of 23 and subsequently went on to found Trew Fields, the UK’s first Holistic Health and Cancer Awareness Festival. Trew Fields is a festival for anyone interested in holistic approaches to health and healing - not just for people affected by cancer. Statistically speaking, one in two of us will get cancer and prevention is ALWAYS better than cure. As well as being festival founder, Sophie also works as a coach, breathwork facilitator and motivational speaker.

Through his work he aims to inspire in us a reverence for life and a falling in love with Planet Earth. He also reveals how nature can help us heal; physically, emotionally and spiritually.
