Today’s episode includes two scary stories.
In My Friend Didn’t Sleep Anymore, a woman lets her best friend stay in the spare room after a brutal breakup. At first it feels like grief. Then the sleepless nights start. The whispering follows. And before long, it becomes clear something else has settled in with them.
In She Wasn’t Alone in the Bathroom, a teenager starts locking themself in the bathroom for hours every night. The family tries to brush it off until a child in the house starts hearing a second voice in there.
Good luck sleeping tonight.

I have three new disturbing stories for you this week, and each one gets worse the longer it goes. In the first, a woman finds a missing child poster with her own childhood photo on it. Then, someone whose best friend disappeared eighteen years ago finds a video online showing her tied to a chair. And in the last story, a girl grows up thinking it’s completely normal for her mom to make her practice looking dead. Three very different nightmares. Good luck sleeping tonight.

A fictional horror story from Scared With Jess. A teenager gets one of those old chain emails warning her to forward it to thirteen people before midnight. She deletes it. Later that night, while she’s home alone, someone starts pounding on her bedroom door. After that, she starts seeing the same figure in her dreams, waking up freezing cold, and having thoughts that don’t always feel like her own. ♥️ Good luck sleeping tonight. 🪓 Linktree: https://linktr.ee/scaredwithjess
