Explores how to listen to your thoughts, body, emotions, intuition, and other people from a place of neutral self-assessment

Explains how most of us respond to the world automatically based on mental habits

Shares journaling exercises and mindfulness practices to enhance intuition and recognize limiting beliefs, biases, shadows, and weaknesses

Without realizing it, most of us tend to react based on our habits and memories, rather than what our senses, bodies, emotions, intuition, or the people around us convey. Ismael Cala explores how you can break free from these mental habits and discover the wisdom of your own inner voice to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Cala explains how to cultivate deeper self-awareness, strengthen intuition, and become more mindful through the art of non-judgmental listening. Drawing upon inspiring success stories, examples from his own life, as well as practical journaling exercises and powerful mindfulness practices, he explores ways to tune in to your inner dialogue from a place of critical self-reflection and neutral, loving self-assessment. He explains how to observe your thoughts as passing clouds rather than identifying with them as well as how to recognize limiting beliefs, biases, shadows, and weaknesses.

Examining the connections between the mind, heart, and body, Cala considers how emotions affect our physical well-being and how they can hinder our thoughts and reactions. By learning to listen to your body, you can better interpret what pain, discomfort, or stress may be signaling. He also shares strategies for listening to others with empathy for better communication and stronger relationships.

What if the greatest secret of North American prehistory lies not in Egypt or Mesoamerica, but in the ancient hills of the Ozarks? For twenty years, researcher F. K. Sterling walked the hollows, sat on family porches, and listened to the land. What he discovered challenges everything we believe about the deep past: a sophisticated pre-catastrophe civilization that used the Ozark Plateau as its final refuge after the Younger Dryas comet impact 12,900 years ago. This is not myth.Anomalous giant skeletons reported in nineteenth-century newspapers. Heart-stones and counting holes carved into limestone. Oral traditions from Cherokee, Osage, and Quapaw elders describing pale, tall "Moon-Eyed People" who already lived inside the mountains when their ancestors arrived. Electromagnetic anomalies, singing ridges, and lights rising from springs.Connecting the submerged ruins off Florida and the Bahamas to the ceremonial centers of Crystal River and the geometric precision of the Hopewell and Cahokia earthworks, Sterling reveals a lost civilization that did not vanish - it withdrew underground, preserving its knowledge through twelve thousand years of darkness. The hills remember. The springs still sing. And according to the old families who still keep the watch, some of them never left.

The search for Noah’s Ark continues in eastern Turkey, where the boat-shaped Durupınar formation near Mount Ararat remains a focus of investigation and debate. In 2026, a project led by Professor Cenker Atila of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, working with Noah’s Ark Scans, began a new phase of geological and archaeological research. Ground-penetrating radar, electrical resistivity surveys, aerial mapping, and drilling are being used to investigate what lies beneath the surface. Researchers hope to determine whether the formation contains evidence of construction or owes its appearance entirely to natural processes. No verified discovery of Noah’s Ark has been established.
