They will be from many different walks of life and many different aspects to their careers. They will come from food, health, media, sport, charities, technology, public service and many other sectors.
You will hear their stories, the ups and downs, the impact on them and their families, their lifestyle changes and maybe take away some ideas that will help you in your chosen career path.
In Episode One Jim and Ellen chat about their own careers and the changes they have made. Later in the series while chatting to their guests they will also touch on new books that have some insight into working practices and discuss new jobs that have attracted their attention.
