I played a LOT of video games in 2025. Here are the ones I wanted to give awards to, that had been out long enough for my feelings on to settle, and that struck me emotionally on the day I sat down to write this script.

The 2015 Steam Controller was a useful, but highly niche, PC controller option. There were genres it was useful for, and genres that were basically unplayable with it.
A beautiful blend of survival horror tension and goofy zombie slaying action, that I can enjoy without feeling violently ill. Wins all around.
