Cravings and the desire to drink alcohol are the last pieces of the chain, yet we believe they are the problem so that's where we keep our focus and it feels like we're fighting an uphill battle.
Instead, you must address all of the components that drive the craving and desire to drink in the first place:
Thoughts, feelings, emotions, cues, triggers, people, places, things, belifes & identity.
When you begin to change, heal, integrate and update those, the drinking loses it's power away like a house of cards falling.
Trying to quit drinking on your own by just fighting cravings and your desire to change your state without any sense of direction, tools or map is like trying to run a business and avoiding customers that have any complaints. You're business will go bust. Instead, look at the standard operating procedures, employees and upstream chain of events that led to the result.
This is a modern, strategic, intelligent & neuroscience based way to overcome addiction.
You don't have to know how any of this atually works. I've built a system that does it for you, it's called NeuroRepatterning. The only system in the world of its kind.
15-30 minutes a day will absolutely transform your reality beyond measure.

A fallacy in our thinking: We picked up alcohol and put it to our mouth for 30 years. Therefore stopping requires the same thing. Yes, but STAYING stopped requires us to: 1. Build new pathways so that our brain has something different it can do. 2. Train our mental pathways 3. Train our emotional pathways 4. Increase our nervous systems tolerance to hold tension 5. Practice it enough until it becomes safe enough to exercise
If you're ready to stop drinking using proven neuroscience backed protocols to teach your brain new pathways so you can experience freedom from alcohol visit www.thestopdrinkingcoach.com

What nobody explains or teaches is that sobriety is a learned skill. This is why you keep relapsing. Because you lack the skill to manage your impulses, mind or sensation during critical moments. Ignoring alcohol isn't enough. We both know this. This is why you go 2 weeks, 2 months, 8 months...and always go back. We must build new pathways repeatedly and train our brain and nervous system to be able to use them. If you don't do this, you will keep going back to alcohol and call it confusing and mysterious. NeuroRepatterning helps you build the skills necessary to experience the freedom you're looking for. Imagine being free from the obsession and constant craving. It's life changing. www.thestopdrinkingcoach.com
