More from The Sound of Renaissance
As the shoots of Summer finally materialize, TSOR 67 lands with a suitable shimmer. Lounging around the pool this month are the usual band of sun-worshiping producers, not least Hardt Antoine, Aera, Whitesquare, Extrawelt, Alex Medina plus more… Looking to the weeks ahead, Raphael Mader and Mark Tarmonea reserve their place on our own Renaissance label lounger right next to Kintar, who gets a scintillating remix from Nichols+Roark – roll on June! 1. Jona Jefferies – Lost In Paradise (Eddie C ...
This months TSOR features standout tracks from our rising artist and hottest name Lloyd Barwood, including his debut release ‘The Sweet Spot’ just launched on JINBU, alongside tracks from Made by Pete, Raphael Mader, Golden Hour, and more. March’s TSOR lands just head of our Nottingham return on Easter Sunday and fittingly features two artists who are part of our line-ups: Lloyd Barwood marks his first release (Behind The Shades on JINBU) and gig with us at Stealth, whilst Nichols+Roark drop Rhythm State on Renaissance (part of a brilliant four track EP) and join us Deep Underground for a genuine cave rave afters. Filling the rest of the 70 minute mix are Josh Wink, gizA djs, Lost Desert, Dosem, Funtopia, Flight Facilitie...
TSOR 64 may sound like a bingo call, but it’s weirdly appropriate because this month’s mix is a full house: Jimi Jules, Jonathan Kaspar, Dilby, Tantum, Dosem, Patch Park and Alican are all on the card of musical loveliness. Leading the call from our own label families is current releases from Abuk and Golden Hour alongside future (ball) drops from Jochem Hamerling, Kadi and Fernando Olaya, which begs the question: who’s going to get a line first? ;-) 1. Dosem - Realspace 00:00:00 2. Jon...
Perfectly timed to banish the winter blues, January’s TSOR arrives cool as ice with a bumper slide. Hunter/Game, Steve Parry, Circulation, YES TO ALL, Fahlberg and more all ensure a stuffed ‘sled that picks-up the pace throughout. And, as per, our home team bob is equally crammed, running across all three labels – BAU_HAUS, JINBU and, of course, Renaissance itself with Alerch, Fec, Ayan and Danito + Vermativ; plus, Jocham Hamerling’s forthcoming, Iio-like ‘Red Eye’, which takes us acro...
