The Shed Organics Show

#68 - What Horticulture Has Taught Me | Attila Horgosi

The Shed Organics Show

Show Notes

Attila the Horticulturalist has built a reputation as one of Australia’s most passionate and grounded voices in gardening — blending deep plant knowledge with a real, lived connection to the land.

Known for his hands-on approach and no-nonsense style, Attila brings gardening back to what it’s meant to be: practical, intuitive, and rooted in observation.

His work spans everything from edible growing and soil health through to larger landscape thinking, always with a focus on working with nature rather than trying to control it.

Through years in the industry, media, and education, he’s helped countless people reconnect with their gardens in a way that actually makes sense — cutting through noise and bringing it back to fundamentals that last.

Whether it’s in the backyard or on a broader scale, Attila’s perspective sits at that intersection of experience, curiosity, and respect for the natural systems we’re all a part of.
