Rabash. What Are Revealed and Concealed in the Work of the Creator?. 19 (1987) [2026-10-28]

A recent discussion centers on the teachings of Rabash regarding the concepts of revealed and concealed aspects in the work of the Creator. The conversation delves into the importance of intention behind actions, particularly in the context of performing commandments. It emphasizes that while actions may appear equal among individuals, the true distinction lies in the intention behind those actions, which can range from fear and coercion to love and genuine desire to bestow.

The dialogue highlights the significance of "walking humbly" with God, indicating that true spiritual work should be performed in concealment, without seeking recognition or reward from others. This approach fosters a deeper connection with the Creator, as it aligns one's intentions with the desire to serve without the expectation of receiving anything in return. The discussion also touches on the stages of spiritual growth, where individuals transition from performing actions for personal gain to engaging in them purely for the Creator's sake.

Furthermore, the conversation addresses the role of society in shaping one's spiritual journey, noting that while external validation can motivate individuals, the ultimate goal should be to cultivate a desire for spiritual fulfillment that transcends societal approval. Participants are encouraged to support one another in magnifying their spiritual aspirations and to maintain a focus on their collective journey toward achieving a deeper connection with the Creator.
