Drone World: The Podcast by CoptrzShow Notes
Welcome to Drone World, the drone podcast by Coptrz! In this episode, your host Jamie Cording is joined by Coptrz Academy Alumni, Michael Lowe who has recently started his own business as a drone service provider. Michael has a degree in aeronautical engineering, and when his father mentioned introducing drones into his surveying business, Michael knew he had to be a part of it!
He shares how he took advantage of the help offered by Prince's Trust, a charitable organisation in the UK set up to help people under 30 find jobs and start their own businesses. From securing a business loan to marketing his new businesses, the charity supported him every step of the way. He says, "It actually sparked up a lot of interest within the Prince's Trust because it was one of the first instances they'd really heard of businesses and drones working together. One of the people I spoke to had never seen it and they were really interested in picking up on it!"
Michael also talks about the kit he flys, his proudest moment in business and what's next for FlyLowe Drone Services. To hear this and more, tune in to this weeks episode of Drone World.
