I was delighted to be able to chat with Glasgow based Sports Psychologist, Dr Paul McCarthy. His experience of working with club golfers, elite amateurs and also Tour Professional is second to none. There are a few key takeaways from this episode that all golfers could apply to their game, no matter their ability. Having someone of Paul's stature within the game of golf, and accessible for all golfers in Scotland, be sure to reach out to him. Enjoy!
