Show Notes
In this episode, the amazing Dr Caitlin Northern talks to us about contraception. This may seem a strange choice of topic on a baby and parenting podcast(!) but we can tell you first-hand that our bodies cannot handle any more back-to-back pregnancies! Caitlin is a GP and partner in a practice in Napier with a postgraduate certificate in women's health. Caitlin previously shared her knowledge with us on periods and how these can change after pregnancy, so be sure to have a listen to that episode if you haven’t already. Thank you so much for agreeing to chat with us again, Caitlin!

This episode is with Kelly Bruce from Caci Clinic. Kelly is a skin therapist and trainer at Caci in Otautahi. We are sure you have all heard of or have visited one of the Caci Clinics across Aotearoa. They were first started in Auckland in 1994 specialising in skin care and treatment and now have over 50 locations across NZ, offering appearance medicine, skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and body shaping. They are passionate about ensuring everyone feels confident in their own skin, something that we can all struggle with when pregnant or breastfeeding, so Kelly is here today to talk to us about skin care, laser hair removal and injectables during these times. Also, as you can hear the intro was recorded a couple of weeks ago and incase you missed it, Kathryn has welcomed her third son Bertie to her family. Plus, we have a big update for you all xxx
