Key Takeaways Getting your driver's license at 16 is a big moment of freedom and responsibility. Approaching interviews like you're talking to a friend helps manage nerves. Keep practicing your craft to become an excellent interviewer. Use your unique perspective to ask questions that propel the conversation. Believe in your talent and don't be afraid to own it. Focus on perfecting your skills rather than changing minds. Interviewing is about a back-and-forth exchange, not just Q&A. LeBron James has a powerful presence that changes the atmosphere.
