125: I Am Never Going To See A Merman feat. Madeleine Lammel

Yael & Mulwarra and The Weeping Mermaid of Loch Assynt & The Scottish Mermaid of Galloway

For this MerMay episode, we’re joined by a very special guest, Madeleine Lammel, Abbie’s sibling! Madeleine tells us the most romantic fairy tale we’ve ever heard on the pod, the Australian tale Yael and Murlwarra. Kelsey follows it up with two Scottish mermaid tales, The Weeping Mermaid of Loch Assynt and The Scottish Mermaid of Galloway. The question is, are these mermaids girly-pop, tragic, or scary? There’s only three kinds of mermaids, you know.
