Show Notes
Lots going on in this week's episode. The guys go all over the place. They start with Tony's new bike build and if he will debut it in Marbella. The boys also discuss if Kona is too difficult of a course to display the best racers each year. They then segway from that to where the age-graded results are going now that we have a handful of races to gather data from. Is it moving in the right direction? What is the actual fix to equality?

Lot's to catch up on this week. The boys finally debrief after Tony's 50K race up in Big Bear, CA. They also talk about IM CA and all the performances by friends and a few big accomplishments. The boys wrap up the show by FINALLY talking about Kona. What a race it was!
What else would there be to talk about this week? The boys make their picks, talk about how they think the race will shake out and who will surprise. Short and sweet this week. Happy Kona week!
The boys are back from a short hiatus and have a packed episode. They start by recapping Tony's multi-day stage race in Canada. They follow that up by discussing Salomon becoming a title sponsor with Ironman and what that means for the future. They go over all of the incredible performances at 70.3 Worlds and what are the implications as we near Kona. They also go over Boston making a statement that the penalties for downhill races could change. Are they doing away with the penalty? Making it harder? They close out by talking about a few unfortunate mishaps in the sports world recently.
This week the guys do some brief catch up, but get right into some logistics when it comes to televising a race. How close is too close and do we need all these cameras? They also discuss the recent half marathon world record and will it fall again quickly. Is a marathon world record looming as well? Short and sweet this week.
This week the guys waste no time and start by discussing the recent pricing for Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. Are we doomed to keep this inflation going? They also shift gears and discuss the recent conrtroversy surrounding the WNBA, Sophie Cunningham and trans rights when it comes to sports. Should there just be one league, one division? Where is the line drawn? They finish it up by discussing the most recent hybrid runfluencer making a marathon they didn't register for about themselves.
