Take a second and look at the Wellness Wheel.
The Wellness Wheel lists elements (such as physical, emotional, environmental, intellectual) that contribute to overall wellness. The aim is to 'score' these aspects and once you join the points up, create a wheel that is well rounded.
This week Kim, Hannah and Laura take a very honest look at their overall wellness, with the help from the wellness wheel and discuss changes they can make to get a more even wheel.
