Show Notes
Chris Johnston kicked off today's show with plenty to dive into! First, we tackled the Oilers—including whether heavyweight Matt Rempe could be headed to Edmonton, where he sits in his career right now, and what to expect on Edmonton's upcoming 3-game New York road trip. From there, CJ dropped key insights on the escalating Dylan Larkin trade talks, and we broke down what's next for the cold-running Winnipeg Jets amidst their 7-game slide. Finally, we turned to the State of Hockey: are contract extension talks heating up between Quinn Hughes and the Wild?
We then gave our Early Bird Bet presented by Play Alberta.
In the middle of hour two, we got into MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop which took us to the end of the hour. They continued the Matt Rempe discussion. Is this something the Oilers should really consider. They also touched on CFL playoffs that gets underway tomorrow.

Looking ahead to Edmonton's three-game road trip, McLennan outlined his expectations for the trip and offered his take on the goaltending rotation, before closing with entertaining stories about the wild-card teammates he played with and a quick spin around the Canadian goaltending landscape in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa.
