Hancock’s Half Hour, The Americans Hit Town on Brett's Radio Show Episode 1412
Brett’s Old Time Radio ShowShow Notes
Friday night means it’s time to put the week down for a while.
Tonight on Brett Orchard’s Old Time Radio Show, we’re settling in with a true British comedy classic — Hancock’s Half Hour: The Americans Hit Town
Tony Hancock is in wonderfully grumbling form, joined by Sid James, Bill Kerr, Kenneth Williams and Hattie Jacques for another slice of that unmistakable BBC radio magic.
It’s exactly the sort of programme Friday nights were made for — something familiar, funny and wonderfully uncomplicated while you make a late cuppa, pour a drink or simply switch off from the week.
So get comfortable and join me for a little old-fashioned radio company before the weekend properly begins.
Brett Orchard’s Old Time Radio Show — classic radio and late-night company every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
