On this episode of The Sophie Lea Podcast, I interview Kellie, a mother, an empowering healer and an entrepreneur. Kellie and I have been working together as I recently enrolled in her Spiral program, an eight-work transformative course that allows women to let go of their negative emotions and limiting beliefs. During the course, women walk through different levels of The Spiral to regain control of their creativity, their vision and their inner purpose. By the end of the program, you forge a new alignment with your true self and learn to live with authenticity and self-love. Together, Kellie and I discuss the pandemic, cleansing chakras over Zoom calls, vibration frequencies, embodying trust, the spirituality of motherhood and renewing your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit after giving birth.

On today’s episode of The Sophie Lea Podcast I chat to the wonderful Jayde from Jayde Archives Photography. We discuss her journey into this industry and all the things she’s learnt along the way. As someone who was born with a creative heart Jayde has always had a calling to make the world around her beautiful. So when the life changing opportunity of moving overseas to Switzerland in 2016 came up, she jumped at the chance to redefine her path, on her own terms. Delving into earning an income from her creativity, Jayde very quickly learnt one of her biggest life lessons so far - it took more than creating something pretty and then waiting for the luck of the world to notice to be successful. Then in 2020 when her world was turned upside down by becoming a mum paired with the global pandemic her lens very naturally shifted into the family photography world and Jayde Archives Photography was born. Since then she’s been honing in on both her art and her knowledge and implementation of running a business. Today she’s very proud to be booked to her full capacity, earning an income that surpasses what she would earn working full time for someone else. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
